It has one of the largest production capacity amongst the barrels manufacturing companies in West era India. The company has an exclusive production unit for manufacturing 210 litres to 235 litres of barrels made of MS and GI used in various industries. The company is all set out with its automated production system along with its in-house facilities for inspection and testing at various stages to provide with the Best Quality Barrels. Along with the high-tech and the most efficient machinery the plant is equipped with an automated process for the manufacturing of barrels. The timed sequences generally consist of programmed steps of the following processes: Cutting, welding, fabrication, clean, rinse, phosphate, conversion coat, seal and drying the work pieces.
A routine quality control tests are carried out to check the quality of the raw material, air leakage tests, tests for the quality of paint baking, drop test, pressure tests, etc. are done to ensure zero-defect products. Barrels are tested and have to qualify through stringent quality norms in adherence to BIS Standards.
